Can the moderators block you from Samsung members?

Hello Samsung community it's very good to see you once again. I know that everyone can see what gets posted on here. I know that 100%. But what I do not know is that can the moderators of  Samsung block you from the community? I wonder because I want to make this Samsung community a very safe place for everyone.

Hope everyone understands that! I like posting positive topics and I like to help people out if they need anything. If you want help I am here. But I'm just asking if the moderators of Samsung can block you?

Unfortunately, there's been a few "people", who have managed to return with their annoying & often offensive posts, once, twice or more times.

But usually get removed again shortly

Then there's times, when we have to make a post of our own, just to get the Moderators attention..And have had to do this more than once..
