Bluetooth problem

Bluetooth has been working fine on my Galaxy A5 for 3 years. Today suddenly it won't turn on

Have you tried a power cycle? Turn the A5 off and turn it back on?

Hi Jootzy, Please restart the device and check if the issue is resolved. You can also try clearing cache for the Bluetooth application. Go to Settings >> Apps >> Search and Tap on "Bluetooth" >> Storage >> Clear cache.

I have an A5 8.0. I now have bluetooth enabled Reton hearing aids. I cannot get them to connect. They pair fine but won't work. Rexton says this phone is compatible

Hi A5issues, Could you please let us know if you have installed any application that connects your hearing aids to the device (eg Galaxy Wearable app for Galaxy buds). Please check the user manual of the hearing aids and check if you need to install any application for the initial setup.
