Camera telephone permissions

Why does the camera permissions allow telephone ? This permission cannot be removed.

This is only so that the camera may know whenever you are in a call and behave accordingly.

When I am in a telephine call the camera video or picture taking has no effect on telephone operation and visa versa.

I understand you cannot take a video or picture while on the telephone. That is why permissions are created if I want to talk on the telephone while taking a video why can't I change the permissions to allow this function?

Try it: Start a phone call to anyone. Then, try simultaneously to record a video. It will not work.

Hi SamSungtwo,
All the permissions are using to make the app function correctly as mentioned previously. The app will not ask to use certain permission until you have begun using the correlated function (i.e. taking a picture by using the microphone, accessing the files or numbers etc...).
It needs to give permission to the telephone because if you are using the camera app and you get a call from someone. Then, it makes the app still work while talking to someone.

Why can I remove the permission for file and media. This prevents the camera from functioning as you cannot save any information. The telephone permission cannot be removed

If you REALLY want to disable permissions for a system app. Download Appops from the Play Store. You'll have to use either adb or shizuku to enable Appops.

I am not asking for methods to remove. I am demonstrating permissions which cannot be removed.
