Taking screenshot is not possible on Galaxy A12. When one press the volume down and power simultaneously, it is the power options that come up. Any solution?
Hi Udangana, It could be difficult for some users to press the volume down and power button at the same time which may take only one of the button press as input and shows either power options or decreases the volume. Please try pressing the buttons at the same time and also check if the volume down button is working properly.
I can't thank to enough for your help. I've looked at everything, and of course I know how to take a screenshot but even the customer service was trying to get me to reset things on my phone but on this phone the a12 you have to push the volume button and power button quickly not the normal screenshot button presses but fast you save me from going back to the store
Spot on. Quick press and let go before screen capture sound is heard. I would consider this a defect comparing to every other Droid device I have experienced.

I can't get mine to screenshot it is so frustrating. I have tried and tried it just keeps going to the power page or whatever it's called. What am I doing wrong? I have never had a issue with screen shot before. Ugh
