Galaxy ALooks like you have a US device & that somehow has a Canadian CSC.
The "U" after the model number is US & then you have a "W" which is Canadian.
You won't be able get any OTAs until it's corrected.
Don't know if you managed to change the CSC with the keypad (Dialer), or if someone Rooted it & Flashed the Canadian CSC, or just used Patched Odin to change it.
Did you purchase your phone new in Canada, or used from Ebay etc?

Galaxy ADid someone Flash US Firmware on it?
The "A115U.." is the US Identifier in the first two strings of the Software Information, and the final "A115W.." is Canadian.
Was it sold to you as New?
Someone changed the firmware, so it was either changed by where the phone was purchased, or by the previous owner if it wasn't new.
However it happened, it needs to be fixed, or you'll never get any OTA updates.
At least that's what I see as being the problem.

Galaxy AIt's certainly not likely to be "official", as they are getting an error message saying, that "current software version is not supported".

Galaxy AProbably try to sell it.
You might be able to Flash the previous version of the Operating System, if the Bootloader version has not changed, but it takes a bit of knowledge / experience, so not sure if you are comfortable with that?
But then you would have to try and block future updates.
The only other thing that you can probably do, is Root it, as I think that your device has the Exynos chip, which means that the Bootloader can be unlocked. You could then Flash Custom Roms & still maintain security updates from independent Developers.
But that is a little more complicated.
Selling it is probably the easiest option.
