After you restarted your phone, did the problem continue?

Its normal to have these types of issues with these old cheaper devices because they have very weak processors. Maybe the device took a bit to adapt to the new software ? I had an a15 (now I have s24) but the A15 doesnt run that bad on One UI 7, its usable, but it does lag frequently

Hi Masterhero,

If your Galaxy A14's screen became unresponsive after updating to Android 15 / One UI 7.0 but is now working again, it's possible the issue was a temporary software glitch that cleared after a restart or background optimization. Resolved by a background system patch or app update.

To Stay Safe keep your phone updated (Settings > Software update). Check for app updates in the Galaxy Store and Play Store. Monitor for any repeat issues if it happens again, try Safe Mode or Wipe Cache Partition

If the screen works fine now, it may have sorted itself out.

Thank you.

Will Samsung ever end up releasing a small software update that will fix this issue
