Galaxy AYou mean that you don't remember the password? If that's the case, then you should see a "Forgot Password" Option.

Galaxy AIf you still have yoyr old phone, plug the phone to a computer. Download Smart Switch program from Samsung. Do a full backup. Then restore your full backup to your new device.
After restore, your photo and notes should available. Now, you can deal with your Samsung account. Either create a new one for your new phone or reset password for your old samsung account.

Galaxy AHi, you can follow the steps provided by Tallman to restore your data.
If you would like to reset your password or you can also change the phone number, so that you can access your Samsung account.
You can reset your password using the ‘Find ID or reset password’ link on the Sign in page.
https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/SAMSUNGCA/findId#
If you have enabled the Two step verification code via SMS and the registered phone number is no longer available or if you do not know the number or registered phone number is an invalid mobile number, you can use “Reset Phone Number” feature available at the Two-step verification window.
Steps to Reset Phone Number:
- 1. Go to account.samsung.com
- Click “Verify with text message”
- Click “Reset the phone number you use for two-step verification”
- You will receive emails from Samsung Account. A.noreply@samsung-mail.com
- Click “Reset the phone number” in email
Note: You are required to enter following details when updating/resetting phone number (These details should match exactly what's registered)
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- Day/Month/Year of Birth:
- IMEI:
- Serial:
If Matching information found: It will prompt you to set your new phone number for 2 step verification. Once Phone number is reset, you will be prompted to Sign in again and a 2 step verification code will be sent to the newly registered mobile number.
