issues with Samsung browser

Ok I just got my android 10 update earlier today but Samsung internet is showing there's a update but when you go to update it there's no update available at all anyone else having the issue as well?

yeah I think it's a server glitch because I just did all of what you guys told me to do and nothing worked and there customer support live chat is messed up today as well

Did you try Clearing the Play Store Cache & Data - Reboot?
If that fails - Try Uninstalling Updates for Samsung Internet - Settings - Apps - Search for "Samsung Internet" - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Uninstall Updates - Reboot & Update from the Play Store.

your live chat customer support is not working properly it tells you 55 seconds but the seconds go up instead of down on live chat

Latest version is version 12.0.1.x. You are out of date

I've done everything to resolve it has to be a issue on Samsung side or they sent me a bad android 10 update witch is affecting it

Backup with smartswitch or cloud space and do a factory reset 🤦
Id still like to know why you want this update so badly 🤷

or a galaxy store issue witch I didn't get a update after I got my software update so could be the issue because Samsung browser sends me to the galaxy store for the update so has to be a galaxy store issue
