mobile Data toggle

I don't  have mobile data toggle in my Samsung  A8 . How can i get back ?

it's in your phone HIDING LIKE HERPES. so is your radio... download your firmware. it is there.
Then go to xda, root the bugger and have your phone blistered! csc, radio, themes... oh the warranty. yeah nevermid. KNOX'LL GET YOU!
