Galaxy AI don't understand....
I compare 2 apps, email and FB for the battery optimization.
FB , battery optimization is turned on and it works in background.
If email battery optimization is turned on, i have a warning when i open it that says that my app will not work in the background and i will not receive my emails if battery optimization is turned on...

Galaxy AIf i turn on the " background activity authorization " and reboot, it comes back to "OFF "
Anyway, If battery optimization is turned on, the app will warn me that i have to turn it off to receive my emails. But i don't receive them either way.....

Galaxy AI asked our AI friend and this is what was suggested to try:
Email Sync Settings
- Check Sync Settings:
- Open the Samsung Email app.
- Go to Settings (usually by tapping the three-dot menu or hamburger menu and selecting settings).
- Select your email account.
- Ensure Sync Email is enabled.
- Adjust the Sync Schedule to automatic or push.
2. Battery Optimization Settings
- Disable Battery Optimization for Samsung Email:
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Find and select Samsung Email.
- Tap Battery > Optimize battery usage.
- Switch to "All apps" and ensure Samsung Email is not optimized.
3. Data Usage Restrictions
Allow Background Data:
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Find and select Samsung Email.
- Tap Mobile Data or Data Usage.
- Ensure Allow background data usage is enabled.
Allow Unrestricted Data Access:
- Go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Unrestricted data access.
- Enable it for Samsung Email.
4. Power Saving Mode
- Disable Power Saving Restrictions:
- If Power Saving Mode is on, it might restrict email sync.
- Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery.
- Turn off Power Saving Mode or adjust App Power Management to exclude Samsung Email from restrictions.
5. Check App Permissions
- Grant Necessary Permissions:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Email > Permissions.
- Ensure it has access to necessary permissions like Storage and Network Access.
6. Network Connection
- Verify Internet Access:
- Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Test by browsing the web or using another app that requires connectivity.
7. Reconfigure or Update the Email App
Remove and Re-add the Account:
- Go to Settings in the Samsung Email app.
- Remove the email account and re-add it.
- Use the correct server settings for your email provider.
Update Samsung Email:
- Go to the Google Play Store or Galaxy Store.
- Ensure the Samsung Email app is updated to the latest version.
8. Clear Cache and Data
- Reset App Settings:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Email > Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache and, if necessary, Clear Data (this will log you out and reset app settings).
9. Notifications Settings
- Ensure Notifications Are Enabled:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Email > Notifications.
- Make sure notifications are turned on.

Galaxy AWOW !!!! SO many things to check ! 😀
Too bad, i had to stop to #3..... The problem was there.
Data authorization when "Power saving mode" is activated, was not "ON" !!
Now it works even if in the "battery" set up, " background activity authorization " in not turned on.....
Ho well. Tanks to everybody ! 👍
