If you don't see the QR scanner QS Tile, Click on the "Pencil" to edit your QS Tiles. See if it's available, if it is, simply Click on it and it should be added the QS Tiles.

If the QR code scanner toggle isn’t available in Quick Settings or Camera settings, try using Samsung Internet (enable QR scanner in its settings) or use Google Lens via the Google app.
