Update Rollback

Is there a way to rollback the most recent update? It has caused a communication problem with my hearing aids.

It is not possible to rollback the recent update once it has done on a device.

Of course you can revert to a previous version of the Samsung Firmware - Provided that the Bootloader Version is the same - You simply Boot the device into Download Mode & Flash the Samsung Firmware with Odin (which is a Samsung Tool).... Both the Official Samsung Firmware & Odin Flashing Tool are readily available - Yes you need to know what you are doing - But saying that it's not possible is false.

I'm not saying that reverting to the previous Firmware will necessarily solve this issue for the OP & trying @Cassidy suggestion & taking @CHMultimedia's advice as well.

YES, you can rollback to the previous updates in most circumstances with the wonders of flashing official firmware! May I ask you what device you have (model number) and your current Baseband version? You may find this information in Settings/About/About Software
Though you should follow Cassidy's steps first. Cache clearing usually helps and is much easier.

I have an A31 dual sim and I too don't like some of the updates. Switching between sim to make a call has become troublesome especially in the recent calls.
