Galaxy AHi Tommiets,
Thanks for reaching out. Any error messages shown when trying to connect?
If your Galaxy A12 isn’t detecting your new PRIMUS Wi-Fi network and won’t let you add it manually, here are a few steps you can try:
Restart Your Phone & Router. Simple but effective power cycle both devices.
Check Wi-Fi Frequency. The Galaxy A12 only supports 2.4GHz, not 5GHz. Make sure your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz network you may need to log into your router settings and enable it if it’s disabled or hidden.
Forget Old Networks. Try forgetting any saved Wi-Fi networks that may be interfering
Reset Network Settings. Go to: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will clear all Wi-Fi/Bluetooth settings and often resolves hidden conflicts.
Check if the network is hidden: Some routers hide SSIDs by default. Make sure "SSID Broadcast" is enabled in your router settings.
Test with another device: See if other phones can see the PRIMUS network to rule out router issues.
Please make sure your A12 is running the latest system update.
