Do you want to Reset your Galaxy Book to Factory settings?
Should be:
Click on the Windows Start Icon.
Click on the Settings Icon.
Go to Update Security & Recovery.
From Reset this PC > Get Started.
From Reset this PC choose what you want to do.
Keep your Files, or Remove everything.
From 'Additional settings' screen, review current settings then Click on Next.
Click on Reset.

Hi, just to be sure would you like to perform Factory reset on your Galaxy Book2 ?
If so, please follow the steps provided above by RedDogRabbit to reset the Galaxy Book 2 to Factory reset.
