On my Note 9, after an update, the fingerprint reader just stopped working.
Anyone has had the problem?

Nope - But try this - Remove all your Finger Prints & Add them back - You could also check in the Diagnostics here on the Samsung Members app - Can't remember if there's a Diagnostic for the FP scanner on the back of your device - Reboot if you haven't already 🐧

Thanks, but it doesn't work. It's as if the FP scanner doesn't respond at all. And if I try to go to my FP settings, it tells me that there's an error, and to reboot...which I did many times!

Well then it sounds like a hardware issue - Probably need to take your device to an Authorized Samsung Service Centre 🤞🐧

this is probably because you don't remove ALL FINGERPRINTS before updating your device like it was suggest by Samsung
