When I try to go into SETTINGS,  where it says NEW, I click it then click CHAT SETTINGS and it sends me a msg saying REGISTRATION FAILED, IF SOMEONE COULD ANSWER ID BE HAPPY,  this has been happening since the new update came out

Hi cassie89, you can search the forum. This is because your carrier still not support RCS.

I know. So far I heard Rogers support the RCS. But not Telus, but they are working on it.

@Shaggyskunk1 - I just realize that my Note10+ has no such a RCS chat option in Samsung message app. Maybe in the next update I hope.
