Bixby Issues?

Hi, does anyone having trouble with Bixby performing small task like turning off Wi-Fi? I set up quick commands but it won't work at all 🤔 I installed the last version of Bixby and there's a working internet connection when I'm performing this task.

I have no issue using Bixby to turn Wi-Fi on/off using Bixby on my S8+, I didn't setup a quick command, I just say: turn Wi-Fi off or turn Wi-Fi on.

But it looks like in your command, you also wanna turn mobile data off after you turn on Wi-Fi, why would you turn off mobile data if you're using Wi-Fi? To save battery?

Yeah, besides saving battery I'm trying to save data because one time WiFi suddenly stopped working and it gobble up my data plan.

Hey @bett3r, to help us troubleshoot, could you please submit a device error log when this happens again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!

In your picture the first command is to "open settings and turn ON wifi"...Bixby cannot work without a network connection so it could be a bad signal on your mobile network at the time you were doing this.

Nope, perfect mobile network connection.

Well, then that is indeed weird, I would say maybe clean out the cache for bixby voice and also maybe update your voice data after that.

I think this is a known issue but hopefully Samsung update Bixby all together.

Well 2.0 should be out later this year, you can probably look forward to those kind of improvements
