Camera not working

My camera is not working. I can't take photos, but videos are okay.

When I try to take photos, it will not save and the camera app will either close on its own or crash saying it's not working. But I don't have this issue when taking videos.

Hi, We suggest you to clear cache and clear data on your device camera app.

Please Go to Settings>> Tap on Camera>>Tap on Storage>>clear cache and clear data and check if it fixes the issue.

If still issue not resolved, please Reset the camera application by following:

Open the Camera application>> then tap on Settings>> Swipe and tap Reset settings>> then tap on Reset.

Another note 10+ user here - experiencing the same issues with the camera app. Clearing cache / app data have not helped.
