Hi there I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there that could help me out. I have my email but my phone did it's update but now I can't get into my email because I forget my password and there is no button to push saying FORGET PASSWORD.. anything would help thanks folks!!

Hello Samsung_G1rYjdN,

Which email provider you are using? Such as gmail, outlook.com, or others?
Let's say you use gmail, you need to go to gmail from web browser, from login page, click forgot password and reset your email password.

Once you have reset the password, Open Samsung email app →3 bars on top left →top right gear icon → click your email account →Server settings at the bottom →input your new password under password field. Click Done.

Sounds like a company email. If it is, you may have to contact your company IT administrator to reset your email password.

Samsung email app is just a client email app. You need to reset your password from where you hosting your email.

maybe try taking look in autofill (saved passwords/sites and Samsung pass to see if it was ever saved
