Hi SmoothTozo, once your phone did a factory reset, please double check your Google Account information if it is correct. The root cause can be incorrect Google account information. If within 72 hours still not able to get the Google Account login info correct, your phone will reset again.

My recommendation is please reset your Google Account password using computer browser. Then once the password reset and input the new Google password in your phone.

Hi SmoothTozo,
Please follow the steps provided by Tallman and get back to us with the results.
If you notice the same issue in the future, I suggest you to check your phone in Safe mode for 24 hours to diagnose the issue because third-party apps may cause unusual behavior of the phone. Safe mode to check if added apps are causing problems. This mode loads only basic system software and allows you to disable third-party apps.

Thanks, Tallman for your information.
