Glass Back Cover

I just got the new Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G on August 18, 2020. 3 days later on Friday I was sitting on the sofa and phone slip out from my pocket and hit the hardwood floor. Now I have 4 days old brand new Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G with broken back cover. 

This phone is the most expensive phone in the market and it doesn't have drop/shock resistance. It can easily can broke either one, screen or back cover which both are Glass. That is not acceptable from Samsung which I admire so much the brand and its products.

I haven't gotten yet. it's just 3 days old phone.

GG Victus is supposed to be very resistant to drops. But that's not a guarantee. Mishaps do happen.

all my phone's I had before were Samsung Galaxy series. The last one was Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. I dropped it almost similar scenario. Nothing happened.
