help!!

Why would I have a rectangular light out of nowhere on the centre of my screen?!!?!?!??! Anyone else dealing with this?!?!? Note 9 btw..  is it fixable?!?!?

Your issue does not appear on the screenshots. It seems your display has a hardware problem. Can you send a picture taken with another device to confirm?
