I am a 10 year veteran user of Samsung Note. I am writing this feedback from my Note 9. I have Note 8 as a backup and I have used Note 4,5 , 6 and the diststerous Note 7.

3 reasons :
1. Bluetooth problems , these days with the new Android. In the last month , all my bluetooth devices work for a couple of days and suddenly disconnect and unpair and I have to pair them from the beginning again with my device. I gave myself till end of April, and I am going to get the iPhone XS.

2. Cloud Back Up in Canada.
Why Samsung is not having a cloud backup for 1 TB or so in Canada. This absolutely redecilious.

3. Here is one scenario happened to me for my Samsung Note 9 and my old back iPhone 7.

I lost my Note 9 , ine time. It took me days and days to update pictures and files and wallpaper and every single setup I have on my phone.

I lost my iphone 7 once , all what it takes is to get a new one. Put my SIM card , restore. And I am done.

Samsung, I really don't care If you are going to read this or not. Or you are going to solve these issues or not. Instead of thinking about the next **bleep** big thing and foldable screen and **bleep**. Just make the device functionable.

I have never put a post like this.

I have to take carw of my business and my perosnal matter and my time. And you Samsung take care of your business.

he says Samsung cloud doesnt offer storage sale of over 15gb like in some regions.

I also wish Samsung cloud offered it at a very competitive price. like $1 for 50-100gb.

tho I see not many people needing it since s10 now comes with 128gb and in couple years minimum storage will be 256gb

we have a limit for Samsung Cloud for 15 GB. and there is no option to upgrade.

I have 2 TB google Cloud and it's completely different than what I am talking about. you can't save wallpaper and log in details and texts on google cloud.

And lots and lots have already left iPhone to move over to Android, specifically Samsung.

iPhones have been around for so many years, and they still can't have an iPhone with expendable memory.

use Samsung smart switch and save it to another device

@thebigguy86 He wants to use cloud backup and 1 click restore from cloud. He doesn't want to do backup locally.

Each to their own.... for me getting an apple will never be part of the equation and a big step backwards......

hey everyone, at the end of the day everyone has their own preference. He's used Samsung for many many years. if it isn't working out for him, I don't blame him for wanting to switch. as for me I'd never go with apple as I despise apple like no tomorrow. as @Echo1 mentioned it would be a huge step back for me as apple would not be able to keep up with me. I do see everyone here trying to support him with his issues, but from what I can tell, his decision is already made. All the best to you @ahmedmetwally as I said it all comes down to personal preference and no one can make you choose a device you don't want.
