How to Change CSC from Fido to Rogers on Note 10 plus.

Hello All, 

Does anyone know how to change CSC to rogers from Fido. As in India many carriers work well on Rogers CSC instead of Fido. I had Note 9 and it was working well on Rogers. Can anyone help to change csc on note 10 plus?
