My girlfriend and I are unable to get our chat messages working. It was working fine the other day and then suddenly stopped. We've cleared cache, ensured it's enabled, everything. I'm using a Galaxy Note 20 and she's using the Galaxy S20. When I open up my options for my chat with her, it has "Chat Messages" with the slider being OFF. When I slide it back on it shows as on but as soon as I leave that screen, it turns off again.
Any resolution for this?
Edit: It appears to work with a coworker of mine, just not my girlfriend. The slider continually just ignores my change and stays off.
I have a friend that has a unlocked version of the Samsung s23 ultra that he bought directly from Samsung and he uses T-mobile service with it the read and sent and delveryed text message don't work using samsung message app for some reason. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
