Mic Issue

I am facing mic issues with my note 20 ultra. I bought it last month. While making calls person on the other end can't hear my voice sometimes but I can. This issue is more often now especially when I am traveling. There is nothing wrong with my carrier wither. Please if someone can suggest any solution.

Try test your Mic using Samsung Member app to see if it works as expected.

As mentioned by Tallman, test your Mic using the Samsung Member app.

Please remove the Phone Case/Cover. Restart the phone. Sometimes a simple reboot will fix the issues. Also, Record voice to check the microphone. If the recorded audio quality is good then the microphone is OK.
