Mp3 player problem

Samsung Music does not support the mp3 file I have on my phone. In the Android 11 version I had no problem. There is something wrong here

How did you get your mp3 files? Was it convert from other program? Or download from internet? You cannot just change the file extension to .mp3 in order to play.

I have downloaded them from the internet since 2010

Are the file extension originally .M4a?

The files are the same. I told you above that on Android 11 everything was going well. The change happened after Android Version 12.

Ok...Try open Settings → Apps → Samsung Music → Storage

Clear data and clear cache.


If above not working, try Uninstall and Re-install Samsung Music app.
