Samsung Music does not support the mp3 file I have on my phone. In the Android 11 version I had no problem. There is something wrong here

Where are your files located? SD card? Or internal storage?

Sounds like your files in SD card corrupted. Hope you have backup for these files.

I also added Cover Photo to every mp3 with Mp3tag app. Is this a problem?

it seems like issue with your files. may be got corrupted ? can't say for sure. does it work in different devices ? I had same issue with my tab. i copy pasted music file to different folder and it came up for some reason. i had to try multiple times though but eventually worked. may be give it try.

Hi, I suggest you to perform Wipe Cache Partition and write back to us if the issue still persists. Please try performing the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below and check if the issue got resolved. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition". Press Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I started having the same problem this morning. Music is playing as usual (mp3 files that I've had for a very long time and always worked) then suddenly "file type not supported" message appears, the player goes through whole playlist, displaying it for every single song and stops working. In one case happened for second half of the song, while I was able to play the first half but it stopped working altogether after several tries.

Restarting my phone helps for a while but then the issue reappears. Have you tried the "wipe cache" option yet? Do you have a solution? Thanks 🙂
