New Note Pie Notification Clock

I recently updated my Note 9 to the new Android Pie, and was immediately struck by how similar it feels to clunky iOS things, and the clock was moved from the upper right to the upper left - which makes me constantly think there are notifications when there aren't.

There are no settings to let me move my clock back to the right side where it belongs. And, after some internet research, there seems to be a pretty unanimous dislike/hate for the clock movement and iOS feel, with no solutions being given.

Perhaps we should be given the option to roll our devices back to the previous OS that was designed better. I for one would revert my phone out of this Pie non-sense.

Does anyone else feel the same? Or, better yet, does anyone have a realistic solution for this problem?

i personally don't mind the new look and feel. though it does take some getting use to after a few days it feels normal.

There's a few apps that let you do that, but you will need a computer (enable via ADB)

You can use System UI Tuner to move the clock to the Right or to the Center - It's an app available on the Play Store - It requires adb commands & you need to use the beta version - It's an awesome app from an extremely talented Dev & retired Forum Moderator on xda 🐧

I personally love the new update in all aspects and form. I enjoy using both android and iPhone.

Pie is a big downgrade for me. No responsible company would not allow a rollback option.

the clock needs to have an option to be moved back to the right side. and the new icons make it feel like I just picked up a childs phone.

yeah, I pretty much hate this new pie update. I feel like it just ruined my once awesome Note 9
