A Canadian device will have a W at the end of the model #

A Canadian device with a W at the end of the model #can expect the update when it is released in Canada while anything with something different than a W at the end is likely dependent on release in another region besides Canada

Service providers, ie: Canadian Carriers have nothing to do with Samsung Updates, the updates come directly from Samsung's Servers in Canada.
