It appears to be legitimate Samsung. Android 13 UI 5.1 is latest version.
Go to settings scroll to bottom select about phone and software version.
If it says 13 and 5.1 it's already latest

It is Android 13 but One UI 5.0 I try to update it but show me latest version and in security and privacy show me update your phone to bee secure
