Update is issue

i try to update my samsung to one ui 5.1 but show it is latest version and in security and privacy all show me update your phone to be secure note 20 ultra 5g

I try that but thesame issue and my network is  4g not 4+

In the end it appears some people have issues with the latest 5.1 update and it also appears some users report one ui 4 as last update.
Sometimes these updates can make new problems and it's difficult to roll them back.
If your camera is working good then just be happy.
Mine I had to smack the phone to get the camera to focus. I was glad to trade it in

In all honesty if the phone is real it should have a newer security update than 2022.
I would use the IMEI number to check for the phones authenticity.

I woukd go to samsung canada website and use the EMEI number to see the value of a trading on a new S24. That will tell you if your phone is legitimate
