Not receiving calls when Wi-Fi is turned on in Note 8 Canadian version.

I don't receive calls when Wi-Fi is turned on. Please help
I don't have advance calling feature in my phone.Thanks

I thought this was just me! I'm on Freedom Mobile so I assumed I wasn't getting calls and texts late due to their service. But I have noticed that when I turn off WiFi I'll get a few texts that I was expecting.

Go to settings--connections--more connection settings-- WiFi calling option. Freedom mobile supports WiFi calling set preference to cellular.

Telus don't support Wifi Calling for android yet so no settings like that on my phone.

I'm on freedom also...and I receive texts and calls regardless of how my WiFi is...on or off...so U might have another problem

I'm with freedom also. never had this problem. looks like you might just need to reboot your device or maybe take to them

I don't have that option, at least it's not under the steps you said to follow😕 I tried searching for it as well, do you know the exact name of the setting?

Well contacting freedom is the only way I see but search for Wifi calling on note 8 on google
