Galaxy NoteOnce a slimey **bleep** snake always a slimey **bleep** snake. Especially when your only concern is maximizing profits. Every action you take is in order for profit. Your so disingenuous it makes me vomit.

Galaxy Note- So basically it affects 2 models(including mine) which i use to take pictures of equipment i build at work that i need to be able to have high res pictures to zoom in on later. And need that high res detail to distinguish labels and part identification. Now i cant and its stuck in low res bs that gets blurry as hell when zooming when before the pictures were crystal clear when zooming. Hell you could take a picture not zoomed of the sidewalk and clearly zoom in all the way down to a granual in the sidewalk and it would be crystal clear. Or take a pic of a spray paint can from accross the room and be able to zoom in and clearly see every fine print word on the back of the can. This is samsung sending an UPDATE that purposely hinders the performance and capabilities of a device that you pay $ 1000+ for and then 1.5 yrs later they want you to think its slowing down or components are going bad to force you into buying the new model. Apple has already been sued for doing **bleep** like this. Of course all you see on forums response wise is were deeply sorry your device is having trouble. This problem is affecting multiple models......but they never offer a fix or an update to resolve the problem they created. After all why fix what they did on purpose to get you to buy the new model.

Galaxy NoteI'm thinking that a class-action lawsuit may stop this sort of thing. I paid $1000 for something I can't maintain total control over. Removing the feathers from the nest may work for birds, but customers are tiring of it. I am requesting that you return the functionality of my camera settings. In the absence of that I will research the possibility of filing a lawsuit to return that functionality and cease and desist in any further removal of features without the phone owner's permission.
