What response were you expecting? The security update isn't ready yet . All you have to do is go to your carrier's website and check when it will be released for your phone.
I was expecting an honest correct answer....not an idiotic one that tells me my phone needs to be connected to the internet. Why is that so hard to figure out here!! Good god !!
I'm starting to see that! I've been using smartphones and rooting them since android 1.5, but because I don't use this forum I am listed as a beginner. I've been checking sammobile.com as Bell isn't the best at keeping customers updated either. The reply I got was at best from someone reading from a script as is the case with most tech support now a days. And then, you're first reply didn't help either when you told me to stop whining.
