Hi, I bought my Note 20 Ultra but there's no wired headphones, I read some articles that I can request it for free, tried to contact their customer support but no action has been done, the first one, she just apologized and the 2nd one just cancelled my live chat. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!

Hi SookieH, The promotion varies from one country to another. Unfortunately, this option is not available in Canada.

as mentioned by @Keagan, in Canada we do not have the option to request wired headphones. if you were one of the first 15000 to get the note you might be eligible for a voucher which gets you a free set of Galaxy Buds Live. check the benefits section in Samsung Members :)

Hi SookieH, Note 20 Ultra does not have the earphones jack so earphones are not included. you can go to members tab and order one pair of wireless earbuds for free.

2. Open the Members App on your device.
3. Scroll down to the Benefit Section in the Members App & click on the banner.
4. It will open up this detailed banner. You needs to click on “Download Coupon”.
5. You should Copy to clipboard and click on “View where to use” to go directly to Samsung.com to choose their Gift.
6. Select the Gift and click on "Continue".
7. Paste the code in "Add Promotion code"

Thank you all, I have buds live but I preferred wired, I am facing an issue since all social media calls doesn't works in buds. I mean can't answer calls using buds. Thanks again

I took all the steps for the ear buds voucher but after I checkout it directs me to a blank page, this has been happening for the last 3 days. how do I claim my ear buds for the Samsung ultra I also tried logging in through a desk top the same thing happens. can someone please help me.
