So I pre ordered my note 8 have a receipt showing purchase date Aug 14 I have emailed Samsung on many occasions, yet tob no response. in a month no one even cared to contact me.

all I get is rebuttal after rebuttal.

why can't Samsung answer correctly what is going on this is a joke.

I have contacted Samsung via chat, and they were able to update me with the status of my gift (VR when purchased my Galaxy S8)

Is your concern all about on how to get the promo or you already signed up for the promo and trying to find out about the status of the said offer? Just confused here...

no no my concern is that no one seems to know at Samsung what department handles the inquiries, to find out what the approval status is.
