My phone has been rebooting randomly every now and then. I did a full reset of the phone as well but still the problem persists. Anyone else having such issue?
hey Guys thanks for all your inputs.. just an update to this thread.. the workaround i applied to disable the fingerprints to unlock my phone worked well and my phone stopped rebooting itself although it was a bit unease for me. I also went to Samsung authorized service center and they couldn't figure out the issue as well (it was a waste of time). However I received latest update from Samsung yesterday and after updating my phone I enabled the fingerprints unlock feature back to see if it has fixed the issue. And to my surprise, the latest software update has fixed the issue and my phone hasn't rebooted itself even after enabling the fingerprints unlock. So I think it was a software upgrade issue and Samsung would have fixed it now. But thanks everyone for providing your inputs and support.
