My Note9 finally came back to me today. I had hopes they had fixed my popping sound problem I wrote about here: https://community.samsungmembers.com/en_CA/profile_post?categoryId=10004&postId=529689
Unfortunately, all they did was replacing the microphone and the earphone?!
I repeat that my problem is not that the device has a crackling sound when playing audio and video content. It is a physical problem that also occurs when the device is turned off. Turned on, turned off... this issue is present.
I feel very disappointed to have wasted a week without a phone, to find out my issue was misunderstood and ultimately not fixed.
I'll just try to live with it and if the issue worsens, I'll try again to get it fixed

Just looked back at the emails I had. The automatically generated Online Service Request Information e-mail had the following info:

Serial Number / Numéro de série : (REDACTED)

So yes, my problem was definitely misunderstood
