it's only out for the S10 series right now

It started rollout with the S10. The Note is slated for Jan.6th. Remaining supported devices will probably see it sometime in the 1st quarter 2020.

hi guys...I have a note 10 plus ..lately, every time I change my phones theme, the swipe down for notification panel stops working. and I have to reboot for it to go back to normal . do you know how to fix that issue?
