Community member CHMultimedia has written a tutorial for exactly that. Be cautious. If you're not comfortable with flashing ROMs and the associated risks, then the only answer is to wait. I tried (on Note 10+) and reverted back to Pie. I'm ok waiting for the full version, although there are some things I really like about what's in the beta.

Currently only the S10 series are eligible for registering for the Beta in specific countries. People who live in the US are eligible to get the beta through the Samsung Members accounts whereas people who live in Canada cannot get it. also not everyone will have the register for beta notification on the app so it is for the lucky ones.
