Pen Up not starting

Anyone else not able to.open PenUp?  Not sure why it stalls out on the first screen.

hi when i was having a trouble with wi-fi and i i solved the problem ,i go to penup and its couldnt make me go in it the said " could'nt load data " pls help me with it i dont want to lose my artwork and followers .
