RCS now supported on S Messages on Rogers!!!

FINALLY! This inane Rogers limitation to force you to use Android Messages has been lifted.

Messages is v.10.0.20.307,  with device Note9 on the July patch.

No problem but I fear it won't work. Remember that since Oreo, Samsung added some sideloading restriction to their APKs.
