Currently using note 9 with Roger's, Android 9 with December security patch. Does anyone currently with Rogers or another Canadian carrier have rich chat services working? I have no options in native messaging app to turn on. As far as I can tell and read it has been supported for a while now.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Do you know how? You have to dial this *#243203855# and select RWC and select Install. As theonecid said, this will wipe your data.
Oh and you might have to register your device with Rogers. After you reset, try to enable WiFi Calling. If that does not work, contact Rogers and ask about registering your device for IMS.

No such thing as privacy once you use the internet. The net knows you better than you know yourself end of story. 😂

Yes it's increasingly difficult and virtually impossible to get real privacy now. But still you can reclaim some of it by
1- Using content blockers
2- Using DoH or DoT
3- Not using unnecessary apps (social lamedia, they work via a web browser too without constantly draining your battery while slurping your data)
4- Block unnecessary permissions
5- Disable unwanted packages
This will greatly increase the protection of your privacy. While not perfect, it's much better than nothing.

You forgot port forwarding, VPN, onion, changing your dsn. Also don't use open networks incase someone it's packet sniffing.

Yep those too. But DoT/DoH takes care of the DNS.
