Galaxy NoteIf you are reading, please note that you are not "providing a great experience as first priority" as you said below.
If you are, then you should release monthly security patches for Oreo to all Galaxy devices as the schedules of Google's mobile devices. My Galaxy Note 9 is still running with Nov-01-2018 security patch in Jan-2019. I am one of the users who want to stay with Oreo to avoid software bug in the new Pie OS. If you only apply the latest security patch in Pie OS, what is left with the users who want to stick with Oreo?
Sincerely.

Galaxy NoteSorry to hear that you're not having a great experience with how often Oreo security patches are released! I understand the frustration of seeing Oreo sidelined in favour of the new Pie update. Rest assured that there are a number of security patches slated to roll out this month and the next, as others in this thread have stated.
Having said that, there are a number of important security updates released with 9.0, including the introduction of Lockdown Mode and the disabling of mic/camera access for background apps. I would strongly encourage you to consider upgrading your device so that it can be protected from vulnerabilities.
Cheers,
Sabrina

Galaxy NoteAlso Pie was released 6 months ago. If the apps you need aren't updated yet, then the devs are lazy slow pokes
