Seeing this alot on forums. Not sure where to share my expirence. But since my phone updated it's One UI to 5.1, my phone drops and switches between 5G, LTE, 4G etc. I have done a factory wipe, same problem minutes after.

My apologizes if this isn't the place to post this. I just don't know what to do with this Ultra phone from Samsung.

Have you chatted with Samsung technical support guys about the issue? Seems to me the baseband RF signal detection is very sensitive and needs to be recalibrated. It's better to check with support guys since you can't do it by yourself.

I was just on the phone with them. I was told to do a factory restore(which I've done). The problem persists. I was told to wait for a software update to fix what Samsung broke.

Have you heard this similar issue being fixed by a RF signal calibration, or is that a general fix for connection issues? Thank you for your help

Yes, it's done by SW or particular tools. I led the team and designed WiFi chipset for about 10 years at Sallicon Valley, San Jose , California.

It not broke its a bug that can happen to anyone
Software updates are there for these things

Samsung needs to fix and reoptimized things

Try going to Settings & Search for "Reset" and Reset the Network Settings, see if that helps?

I've never had any issues with Signal dropping due to any Samsung device since the Skyrocket, and that's with both the stock Samsung Firmware & Custom Roms.
