Can't you get Samsung Mail from Galaxy Apps? It Does say on the Play Store that it's for Android Version 7.0 & above.

S Mall is a service for limited areas, such as India and the surrounding countries, and also market-specific phones. Your N920W8 is not a phone sold in those areas, thus isn't supported

I guess that he could try and download it from apk mirror - But it probably won't install (unless he Rooted his device & installed a Custom Rom) Nothing wrong with Gmail anyway.

No it's not S Mail. Mall. It's a service that you scan an item with the app and it shows you prices from various retailers.

Also Samsung found a way to block sideloading APKs. I can't sideload any APK from Samsung that was released after July.

I'm still on the June Security Patch on my S9+ but on my S8+ it's August 1st and I can still install apks - except for the Samsung apks... probably has to do with the Signature.

As @CHMultimedia pointed out it's only available in certain regions.
