Is anyone having issues with Samsung's messages app with RCS features like read and delivered?
This just began about a month ago. I'm using the Note 10 plus with all of the latest updates.
Have you checked in your messages settings if everything is properly set up? If so, i would clear cache and data of the messages app. If it still persists, i would check with your carrier as it could an issue on their side. Good luck.
Hi Albatal, I suggest you to perform the clear app cache please follow the below steps.
From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
