In my note 10 plus some of apps crashed and unable to open

Be sure to click “✓ Accept as Solution” when you find an answer that suits you. It helps other people with the same query. To do it, you have to click on the 3 dots at the right of the answer  and click on " Accept as Solution "

I don't have webview on my 10e and I'm having this same issue. most of my apps I'm unable to open

Try disable Chrome.

We apologize for the inconvenience, this seems to be an issue with Google. This can be fixed by uninstalling the updates of the Android Web view as mentioned by Tallman.
