I bought the genuine samsung battery backpack($110) and the spigen case($45) from ebay, and I guess there is no way i can get the refund for those.

please ask Samsung about this with your receipts. As I know, Samsung compensate 3rd party accessories too.

I would try and argue the point is they any decency they would take them back even if it is only as a good will and by doing so keep you on the Samsung family for the long term
